Many of our items are very heavy and delicate, therefore careful packaging and delivery is of prime importance to us, and you too. We are unable to offer free delivery on most items due to the substantial packaging and boxing required. We use tracked delivery for peace of mind.
Collection direct from us
You may prefer to personally collect your purchase from us. If so, please ring or email [email protected] to arrange an appointment and select ‘pick up’ as your delivery option which will incur no delivery charge as you check out.
We have carefully selected couriers who we feel offer the most trusted service.
Delivery outside of the UK
We are more than happy to ship outside of the UK. However, we will need to obtain a shipping price for you. Please contact us by email with your address and we can obtain a shipping price for you.

For your peace of mind, we offer a money back guarantee if you are not entirely happy with your purchase. This is subject to the following terms:
The goods are returned at the buyer’s own cost in the same condition as they were sent using a signed for service.
The buyer is responsible for ensuring safe packaging and is also responsible for the item while it is in transit. Lost or damaged items will result in the refund becoming void.
The item must not have been modified or installed by the buyer prior to return.
We receive written notification within 14 days of delivery of the item of the intention to return.
The unwanted item is received by the vendor within 28 days of receipt by the buyer.
Upon satisfactory receipt of the returned item, a refund will be issued within 5 working days. Please note that we will not reimburse postage costs.
